Pretty awesome week

I did pretty well this week. I ran a total of 15 miles, 2.5 or so a day. I also did an additional 20-30 mins of cardio at the gym and then did weights. I think finally I figured out what weights I need to use and how to use the machines or free weights because man am I sore. I did arms yesterday, using free weights and holy moly, everything is painful. But it’s a good pain. 

Today was a rest day, but I also ate probably way to much, silly groupon now deals… We went to this cute mexican restaurant and got $30 of food for $15. It was so so so good. I’m sure tomorrow’s weigh in will not be as good as dinner was tonight. hah.
