Started the week off right. I gained some weight this weekend, which is understandable because of the amount of food (including sweets) I ate this weekend. Running my quickest mile (for 5 miles) makes up for it.
Did 45 mins on the treadmill (about 3.6 miles) and then 20 mins on the bike and then leg weights. Since starting this workout everyday regimen, I can really tell my legs are gaining muscle. It’s AWESOME!
