I know I’m a bit behind… I went snowboarding last weekend and have been moving very slowly as my body took a beating and is very sore. I have bruises 4-5 inches long all over and it just hurts to do things. Running has been on the back burner as the bruises hurt to run. I know excuses excuses… Hopefully between this week and next week I can gain enough to start that half marathon training. I will be starting yoga tomorrow so that will be fun! Yay flexibility!
